In an effort to improve the ease in which our customers do business with us, Magnitude 9 Communications has implemented an E-ticket system. This system allows customers to create service, MAC & cable requests from there desktop. Customers can simply click the Work order request link on any of our web pages to create there own work orders. The customer receives an E-Ticket or work order number followed by an e-mail with a link to there newly created work order. From there the customer can check status of the current or other pending work orders, add information to the work order or update the engineer of additional items requiring attention. Technician dispatch is automatic so your technician will be advised of your request right way. |
