non-contract technical support, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. until 5
P.M., PST. Contract and non-contract customers are encouraged to use
our Work order request form to request Service, MAC or cabling.
Contract customers requiring after hours support may call our technical
support hotline at 877-900-MAG9 (6249), option # 5
Magnitude 9 Communications offers a wide variety of support options for
our customers.
Call-by-Call Plan:
Small business customers that just need the piece of mind of knowing that they have someone to call when they need help can benefit from the Call-by-Call plan. This plan offers Service & MAC, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. until 5 P.M. This plan does not require a contract, however, does not include after hours support. Business Service Plan: This is our standard support plan. Offering support Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., with extended after hours coverage for major outages. Guarantied response times are offered with this plan.
Business Elite Plan:
Emergency Response Plan:
Dedicated Resource Plan: Customers under this plan qualify for significant price reductions from the standard MAC rate. The plan offers full or part time support, on call services are available for after hours and weekend coverage as well.
