Magnitude 9 Communications offers contract and non-contract technical support, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. until 5 P.M., PST. Contract and non-contract customers are encouraged to use our Work order request form to request Service, MAC or cabling. Contract customers requiring after hours support may call our technical support hotline at 877-900-MAG9 (6249), option # 5 Magnitude 9 Communications offers a wide variety of support options for our customers.  
 
Call-by-Call Plan:
Small business customers that just need the piece of mind of knowing that they have someone to call when they need help can benefit from the Call-by-Call plan. This plan offers Service & MAC, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. until 5 P.M. This plan does not require a contract, however, does not include after hours support.

Business Service Plan:
This is our standard support plan. Offering support Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., with extended after hours coverage for major outages. Guarantied response times are offered with this plan.

Business Elite Plan:
Customers with mission critical applications can benefit from this plan. Offering 24 X 7 coverage this plan can be tailored to your exact business needs.

Emergency Response Plan:
Our Emergency response plan offers committed response times to customers requiring emergency technical support within a fixed time period. This plan is frequently used by educational and small to medium medical facilities where component coverage and replacement parts availability is not a concern. Under this contract customers pay for time and materials at the standard service and MAC rate.

Dedicated Resource Plan:
Businesses with high levels of routine MAC, service and cabling can find themselves inundated with requests. In some cases companies may elect to outsource telecommunications issues all together. Our Dedicated Resource plan offers customers a way to keep up with the overwhelming need for voice and data services. Our skilled technicians can provide on site dedicated support to keep your business communication needs under control.

Customers under this plan qualify for significant price reductions from the standard MAC rate. The plan offers full or part time support, on call services are available for after hours and weekend coverage as well.

24 by 7 Monitoring Plan:
Head off problems before they affect your bottom line. Our 24 by 7monitoring plan offers customers piece of mind knowing that their communications system is being checked for potential problems round the clock by our technical staff.

Our remote monitoring tools can receive alerts from your communication
system and alert our staff of potential problems. Our technical staff
can remotely diagnose potential problems and in most cases resolve
issues before they become visible to the customer.

If dispatch is required to correct a problem we can provide automatic
dispatch to your site to resolve the issue.
